1. Technologists
Completion of university program (graduate degree
preferred) in food processing technology or in
a closely related discipline. Completion of HACCP
training program (certificate required). Minimum
five years of documented experience in production
of Polish and Central European meat products.
Demonstrated knowledge of production components.
Experience in providing training and instruction
to production personnel. Direct, coordinate and
schedule the activities of workers. Establish
methods to meat work schedules.

2. Butcher / Meat Cutter
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma. Experience an asset.
Must be a hard worker, some lifting involved.
Must be fully knowledgeable in all aspects of
meat cutting skills. Available immediately. Also
provide on-the-job training.
