Sikorski Sausages Co. Ltd. is an active
member of the community, the Company supports many local
organizations and programs. The Company employees and
their families contribute their time, skills and financial
support to various community programs.
Sikorski Sausages Company Ltd. is sponsoring numerous
community programs, sport and cultural events, and supports
sport clubs, charitable organizations. Although we receive
many letters of appreciation from people and organizations
sponsored or otherwise supported by the Company, we
do not use the letters for advertising or promotional
purposes. We appreciate to be members of the local community
and we are more than glad to actively support community
initiatives and efforts.

Ham Fundraiser
On behalf of the Bluewater Hawks Midget A girls hockey
team, thank you once again for being so very supportive
in providing us with hams for our fundraiser. I think
this year they were the best tasting yet (and we thought
last year they were great!). A lot of compliments have
been received with the hopes we will sell them again
next year.
We were able to raise about $750.00 which will go
towards our Silverstick Tournament in Sarnia in preparation
for the Provincial Championships in April.

Travel Inc. organized Valentine Concert, “Intimate”
with Mr. Ryszard Rynkowski, the
most popular musician in Poland right now, at
the Convocation Hall University of Toronto. Sikorski
Sausages Co. Ltd. sponsored the event in recognition
of Ryszard Rynkowski’s achievement as well
as celebration of Valentine’s Day. Mr. Ryszard
Rynkowski is a famous Polish singer and songwriter.

One of very few museums of meat processing technology
in the world is the Museum of Animal Breeding, Meat
Trade and Processing in Sielined, Poznan, Poland.
The museum is supported by funds donated by Polish meat
processing companies and by members of the Polish Association
of meat Processors.
Mr. Mark Sikorski, the President of Sikorski Sausages
Co.Ltd., donated certain funds to the Museum. It was
first foreign donation that the Museum has received.
Dr h.c.Wincenty Pezacki, Director of the Museum, wrote
about the donation in the October edition of the Meat
Processing Magazine published in Poland.
